Welder-assembler

Our certified specialists will meet all your welding and assembly needs. Whatever the type of material (steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.), our welder-assemblers master all types of processes: GTAW, FCAW, MCAW, SMAW, GMAW, etc.

Daily tasks may include, but are not limited to:

High pressure welder

Our high-pressure welders assemble and weld pipes and metal parts in which liquids and vapors flow under pressure.

Industrial mechanic

Our industrial mechanics are specialized in the installation, maintenance, repair, overhaul and modification of industrial equipment. Whether it is production equipment, machine tools, material handling equipment or any other type of industrial equipment, they will perform quality work.

Daily duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing preventive maintenance on industrial equipment
  • Repairing industrial equipment

Production worker (laborer)

Our trusted employees can perform many tasks related to the production, finishing, testing or shipping of products.

Daily tasks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing various stages of the production process
  • Performing quality control checks
  • Maintaining a safe work environment
  • Loading and unloading products
  • Checking equipment

Machinist

Our machinists can safely drive and operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.

Daily duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Reading and interpreting plans or drawings
  • Driving and operating machine tools
  • Preparing machine set-up for production
  • Planning the sequence of actions needed to complete the job
  • Determining and programing batch size, machine speed, etc.
  • Performing the maintenance and repair of machines

Industrial painter

Our painters are skilled at applying paint to all kinds of surfaces of industrial parts and equipment.

Daily tasks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing all types of surfaces for paint application
  • Selecting the appropriate paint or paint mixture
  • Preparing and mixing paint solutions and other coatings
  • Applying coatings
  • Inspecting and verifying paint quality and touch up as necessary
  • Maintaining automatic painting tools/apparatus

Production foreman

Our production foremen are trained to organize the work and projects of a team in a plant and on job sites.

Daily duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assigning tasks and tracking the progress of a project
  • Keeping a project on time and on budget
  • Ensuring workers are qualified and informed about their roles and tasks
  • Issuing reports and updates on the progress of work
  • Ensuring safety, good working conditions and compliance with all procedures

Pipefitter

Our certified specialists work on piping systems that carry liquid or gaseous, explosive or corrosive fluids at various pressures and temperatures.

Daily tasks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Studying system construction drawings, materials used, welds
  • Determining the work to be done
  • Preparing piping components
  • Measuring, cutting, tapping and bending pipe using hand and power tools
  • Assembling pipe sections by making welded, brazed, threaded or glued joints
  • Verifying the tightness of the network
  • Cleaning and maintaining pipes, fittings and drainage system

Polisher

Our polishers are able to deliver flawless products that meet your quality requirements. They will polish your products consistently and identically while respecting your deadlines.

Daily tasks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Polishing metal parts, through a manual or semi-automatic process and using grinding machines, grinders, sanders and polishing equipment

Industrial electrician

The maintenance and improvement of electrical installations are essential. Our qualified electricians will be able to improve the performance of your company’s or factory’s electrical installations.

Daily tasks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Commissioning of electrical equipment
  • Responding to emergency breakdowns
  • Maintaining electrical machines
  • Installing cable trays, wiring and pulling cables on machines

Ironworker / ASSEMBLER

Mechanical engineer

Our mechanical engineers research, design and develop equipment and systems for heating, ventilation and air conditioning, power generation, transportation, processing and manufacturing.

Daily tasks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Implementing and adapting production equipment and systems
  • Ensuring occupational health and safety
  • Developing a plan for the design, operation and performance of mechanisms, components and systems
  • Planning and managing projects: list of materials needed, cost and time estimates, design reports and specifications
  • Monitoring and inspecting the installation, modification and commissioning of mechanical systems

Electromechanic

Our electromechanics maintain, test, refurbish and repair electrical motors, transformers, switchgear and electrical devices, among other things.

Daily duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Repairing failures of electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generators, etc.
  • Replacing or refurbishing equipment
  • Winding, assembling and installing various types of windings for electric motors or transformers
  • Performing on-site maintenance and repair

Heavy machinery mechanic

Our mechanics inspect, maintain, repair and adjust various heavy machinery components and systems in accordance with each machine’s maintenance program.

Daily duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing repair and preventive maintenance on the heavy machinery fleet
  • Repairing and maintaining cranes, excavators, graders, spreaders, rollers, tractors, off-highway trucks, and any stationary or mobile motorized construction equipment or machinery used for earthmoving, material handling, or excavation purposes
  • Maintaining, checking and tuning up diesel engines.
